NO RESPONSE ON QUERY SINCE MAY 2013

I purchased goods in March 2013, which I received in due time. I also received my very first invoice/bill included in the package- which was the amount originally agreed on. I then later got to know that my instalment would not be that amount that due to a service fee that was added to my monthly instalment. I called to query and got a very bad response from the first supervisor I spoke to who bluntly said that I will just have to pay this. I placed multiple telephone calls to their contact centre and constantly got the response that Customer Service will get back to me. In July someone called I explained the whole situation to him, he then said his recourse would be to listen to the initial sales telephone call he will then get back to me that same day or the next day, needless to say I am still waiting for a response till today 20 November. I get harassed to pay my "arrears" on daily basis with the agents not being aware that I have an ongoing query and with each call I get assured that I will be contacted but no one does. I have to say that I am flabbergasted at the fact that no one wants to take ownership, this is by far the worst service ever received shame on Homechoice!!
