POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

CREDIT THAT WAS NOT PASSED DUE TO GOODS NOT RECEIVED, SPOKE TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE TO SORT THIS OUT, STILL DID NOT COME BACK TO ME OR SORTED OUT AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS BEEN DONE, I ALSO DID PURCHASE GOOD PREVIOUSLY IN THIS YEAR WHEREBY THE GOODS WERE FAULTY AND STRUGGLED THREE MONTHS TO BE SORTED OUT AND CREDITED AS WELL AND I DECIDED TO GIVE HOME CHOICE A CALL ONE MORE TIME AND PURCHASE GOODS FROM THEM AND AGAIN I WAS BADLY DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO PURCHASE FROM HOME CHOICE BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
