The body lotion I had taken from the shelf at R9.99 was re-priced at the till at R29.99. The label said "health and glow body lotion, R9.99. Upon querying this, Charmain approached very frustrated, neglected to greet or advise that she is store manager. Proceeded to tell me we are both colords, some excuse about auditors, said I can GLADLY complain to hello Peter, she is used to it. Then loudly complained about me, turned her back and walked off. I am appalled. The auditor issue has nothing to do with me as client. Not even an apology for marking labels incorrectly. Her lack of customer care is shocking, and brings the Crazy store brand down to the lowest point! I will never shop there again and I will continue badmouthing them to everyone I know. I am disgusted. Charmain you say you worked in retail for years... Years wasted because you learned nothing about dealing with loyal clients!
