Look I am not surprised that Galaxy & Co don't respond given the service I have received over the last two Services with ring, Westgate branch after a service a diamond was missing, they said I should have checked before I left the shop, that was in Feb 2013, In Oct for my second service I deceided to go to Clearwater mall as the area is known for their more affluent clients I expected better service WHICH was not the case from the store assistant calling me "sissy" to her telling us we blind when we pointed out that there were black spots on the rings and looked as if the diamond was missing the story is very long... now just two weeks after collecting my ring FOR SURE there is a diamond missing I am heart broken.
