STUDIO 88 BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Bought a Nike Air tekkie on the 6/07/2013, had it on 6 times since & found that the air bubble around the tekkie has gone flat, found that the mould on the tekkie have actually burst. Took it to the store (Studio 88 Parow) on 01/11/2013 where I spoke to salesman unknown to me by name and he said that the Manager is in a meeting with the GM of Studio 88 W/Cape a Mister Hilton but I must leave the tekkie there and they will come back to me, after a few days waiting for the call I called them and spoke to the Manager Tasniem she informed me that the GM said that he wont refund or exchange because something sharp went in there, told her that I know that nothing went in there and then said the GM will call me in a weeks time as he left for Namibia, later that week I phoned again and tasneem said he is not back yet, I decided to call Head office where I spoke to Rene & she informed me that the GM for Studio 88 SA will call me and that also did not happen and also spoke to Numerous people, called again & Hilton gave a lady a message that I must rather contact him, i informed them that I lost my receipt but I have a bankstatement reflecting a the sale as Hilton requested it. TIL DATE I HAVE NOTHING
