RIP OFF!!!

I ordered a game on 29 Nov - using a voucher & paying the difference. Received a confirmation via e-mail on the same day. Item was not delivered by due date. On 14 Dec, I call Kalahari - no answer. When I logged in to my profile, the order status had been changed to "Awaiting payment". THIS, TWO WEEKS AFTER I PAID FOR THE ITEM AND KALAHARI CONFIRMED THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT. Next day: I received a call from Ricardo at customer service who COULDN'T CONFIRM anything. He then ASKED ME TO CALL HIM BACK the next day for further feedback. Needless to say he failed to call me back. 2 days later I receive an email from Kalahari - item is no longer in stock. I immediately ask to cancel the order. Kalahari responded that the order has been Cancelled and I should be refunded in a few days. NO REFUND WAS MADE. TWO WEEKS LATER I receive another email, saying that the item is now officially out of stock and that they would have no choice but to cancel my order. THIS IS TWO WEEKS AFTER I INSTRUCTED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THEN, instead of refunding me, they REVERSED the charge - refunding the difference ONLY and NOT the full (voucher incl.) cost of the item. PLEASE REFUND ME FOR THE VOUCHER.
