We always buy milk in bulk boxes once a month or every 2nd month and store it in our cupboard. I recently opened a carton of milk and it kept spilling between the round plastic top and the carton. It only starts leaking once you break the seal. The barcode is 6001299015281. I see that your cartons says "New Pack, Easy open, pour and store" Easy open yes, but definitely not easy pour and store. Originally I thought that it was just the one carton, but it is the whole batch. We have used 3 of 4 and have 17 left. Looking at it from the side it looks like 12 are faulty i.e. including the 3 or 4 already used. As per the attached photo (I have more photos and can also email same) it is unhygienic and it leaks while pouring, when you put it down after and while it is stored in the fridge. I respectfully request a refund or voucher or replacement of the product i.e. 12 in total. Looking forward to your feedback.
