We were interested in a camera on special we waited our turn cause the sale people were busy with other customers when they were finished we said that we need assistance at the cameras there was only 2 sales people on the floor we look and the sales person where gone and we went to a different section and ask for assistance but he did not look like he wanted to help us at all we do not know what his name was we went to customer service oh my word there was no manager how convenient we had to speak to a guy at information desk, when we see the sales person that were supposed to help us was at the front door chatting the customers there eventually the information person this person can help us but it was too late and we left the shop then they wanted to assisted us. I don't want them to phone me at all I want it in writing
