Unacceptable attitude from staff at Sterns

On purchase of items at the store, the store was full with one sales person at the store. I waited in queue until my turn and the sales person then assisted others in the queue on persistance thats others requested her attention first. So myself and the other customers continued to wait until another sales person was on the floor who was then quite rude saying that it is her "lunch break" is being disturbed and she has to "eat". Also that their manager "dropped them at the last minute". What kind of behavior is this? Is this the training that the staff is given? Pathetic!
