I returned my purchase to this store after the sheet was the incorrect size. After selecting the correct sheet a credit was due to me. Firstly, the staff did not seem too eager to help me with this credit (probably too much work!) and tried to persuade me to take something else for the difference like face- or washcloths. If I needed/wanted anything else I would have taken something - I don't. They then told me that they needed the card I purchased the item with - I handed them the card and the lady still insisted it was not the correct card. It was. They said they'll refund the monies to the card and had me fill in my address, cell number and even preceded in taking a card imprint. These steps I can understand BUT to also take my CVV number when they in fact paid the cash out to be is unacceptable. Why take ALL my card and personal details if a cash refund was given. I exclaimed my objection and was told "It's policy and the machine also wants it" - hinting at the computer. If this is indeed how your "policy" works - I shall never purchase anything from your store again. If transactions also start appearing om my account - I'll know it originated from Sheet Street.
