Around 11 am on 03.11.2013, I was shopping in the Queenstown, Game store. I wanted to purchase the fridge which was on special. There was once again no sales persons on the floor. I asked around but the only one around was a Defy promoter who does not work for Game. I then went to the small aplliences and asked for a cut-off saw. It took a while and somebody from the computer dep told me that there should be two cut-off saws on the floor. Walking back to look for them another client came past and had two power tools in his trolly. The game sales person was more interested on placing his stickers on these boxes than helping me. The customer walked on and pulled these stickers off whilst he was complaining about no service.

As I walked out a manager was sitting at the front door and I told him what my problem was. This is not the first time that this has happened. He eventually asked me what he can help me with.By then I was so put off that I walked out.

This has happened several times and last time I was informed that serve will improve.

I wonder if Game knows what the word SERVICE means.

Mr Smith please do not phone me again and make promises which you do not keep.
