I enrolled at the virgin active in September, and i wanted a bag, as i knew a promotion started in October for bags, and the sales consultant informed me that as soon as he gets those bags i will informed and receive mine, as i wanted to wait till the promotion so i can receive what i am supposed to, the sales person to me so he can get the sale, and when i went to him and the sales manager they said this is not possible and they waiting for bag to come in, I know for sure Addidas will no longer be virgin actives sponsor next year and its only a month left for the year, so i was to, I WANTED THE BAG THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME AS I WAS TOLD I WILL GET IT WHEN THE PROMOTION STARTS AND I CAN SIGN UP NOW AND ONCE ITS RECIEVED I WILL GET A BAG, I LEFT SERVERAL MESSAGES FOR KENNY THE SALES PERSON TO CALL ME BACK, EVEN WRITTEN IN THE BOOK, BUT NO ONE CALLED ME, UNTIL I HAD TO APPROCH HIM, the sales manager was also in the meeting and he to me aswel, I am disgusted at this service, and both of them lacks creditability.
