TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

I have been trying to do a sim swap since 10 September with no luck, was taken from pillar to post by your consultants. Just recently I get a call that was supposed to go buy a sim replacement at Auto-page worth R140, what puzzles me is why was I not told this the first time when they called. I stay 75 km from the city (Auto-page shop) I don't have money for transport plus sim replacement. i would have to spend almost R300 just for a sim swap which it is ridiculous. so i thought to myself why don't I just cancel the contract and go do a sim swap with MTN, so Yes I would like to have my contract terminated immediately. I have had this contract since 2011 so I hope I will not be told of waiting periods and what not. Am struggling to pay my account as it is I cannot afford the R70 that is added on my account every month for the airtime that I am not even using. I REGRET EVER REGISTERING FOR OTA SUBSCRIBTION.
