Disgusting Poor Customer Service

I paid my June invoice a long time ago and accounts department at Auto Page decided to do the incorrect allocation to a different month. Now my line has been suspended twice in July. Yet I do not owe them, my account is up to date. The whole country is going down because of the poor level of service we getting from companies like Auto Page. it is disgusting to say the least. I had to call more than 10 times to complain about about the same thing over and over again. I have been sent from a pillar to a post without any success by Auto Page employees at the call center. One has to always take extreme measure before the problem is resolved with Auto Page. I am not sure why I choose this service provider, I cant wait for my contract to expire. Then I am leaving them for good. Their service is appalling. They even tried to debit my account and there was no money, now I have to pay bank charges for unpaid debit order. Who in their right mind does what this company is doing? i demand answers and edge people to stay away from Auto Page.
