Finally after two months i received a call from your consultant named Veronica, she said my contract was cancelled and everything is in order, all i have to do is buy a new sim card and call Auto-page to activate sim swap. Called Auto-page as instructed and was told that I can not be helped cause edgars still hasn't cancelled my contract. this is really getting frustrating now R70 is added on my account every month for the airtime that am not even using. FOR THE LOVE OF i do not ask for manna from heaven all i need is just a sim swap.
