Homemark dont want to refund me after screwing me

1. DUE to the normal line that homemark use to everyone that: you agree on the phone!
i was forced to purchase a GPS ON 28/09/2012 AND R2500 was deducted from my credit card but untill today the GPS WAS never delivered.the excuses i got from your consultants is that they dont have GPS, will never have and never had.this is bridge of contract and false promises to customers and is also unfair business practice is bieng 5months but nothing has happen let alone resolve my problem

2.january this year i was a victim again of your consultant thuli telling me i got somany points and i can get a tablet for R3000.I M into IT at work and i explain to this gal that I cant buy a noname TABLET UNLESS SHE SEND ME THE SPECS or info about the tablet and i made it very loud and clear to her that is january i dont have R3000 to spend on luxury i will contact them when i am ready to make a purchase, since she told me this is in my name. BE AWARE THAT I M NOT IN THE POSITION O0F THE TABLET
