I bought a book and a backpack from Kalahari; the backpack was shipped on 7 November and the book a while later but I have received the book instead and the backpack has just disappeared. I have been told by another centre agent that it is in transit and told by another one that it was delivered and by another one that its at the post office (having been sent via Speed Services). Each time I call an agent promises to get back within an hour and the hour becomes days and weeks. I am done with these Kalahari ; I will delete my profile on their loony site. These people are just animals; I have spoken to various some known as Tatium, Jody etc etc and they are all the same animals. Can I just get my money back please?
