To whom it may concern
I placed an order for the delivery of a book on 12 November. This book was supposed to be delivered to my office on 19 November (Kalahari even phoned me to arrange for the delivery).
Ever since, I have been phoning numerous times to follow up on when the delivery will be made, and every time the same story..."we will contact the supplier right now, and come back to you before the end of the day". At least 3 agents have told me this, but none came back to me (it has been 2 weeks since).
This is the first time that I use Kalahari... and definately the last!! Absolutely rediculous!! Can't someone just take control over there?
