MY PARCEL IS YET TO BE DELIVERED 8 DAYS LATER
I bought a backpack and a book from Kalahari; there was a delay with the book due to the supplier and so they shipped the backpack on 7 Nov through SAPO (Speed Services). To date I have not received the backpack; instead, I just received the book which was shipped after the backpack. Now I have to deal with the incompetence and ineptitude of those SAPO pigs. I went to the Sandton Post Office and to my total surprise an impolite woman told me the parcel was shipped from CT to JHB and again from JHB to CT. I was startled as to why sane people would do that but was comforted by my friend that SAPO people are incompetent pigs and she has had even horrible experiences in their hands. The worst part is that Kalahari seems indifferent and complicit because I trusted that they would be better than that the bunch of that is SAPO. Each time I call Kalahari I speak to a sleepy guy who promises to get back and I have tried so many times to contact SAPO Speed Services myself and I was lucky to speak to one pig and since then I wait for more than 10 minutes on the line without help. Kalahari has been a let-down, but I would expect that from SAPO because they are typical pigs.
