Kalahari Has made me lose almost R500

I had bought 3 textbooks through Kalahari and i have had many glitches along the way, I think this was the final straw, After the post office strike was all cooled down alot of things had been delayed and this i could understand i had waited for the notification to say that my textbook (Economics for SA Students) was ready for collection and up until today i have not recieved a notification. I also went myself to the actual post office where thios book was supposed to have been delivered and i was told that the book was sent back. I am so livid. How do i recover the book or the costs this is abiut R500 worth of money and in any case I already wrote my exam without the textbook. This is really poor customer service and i will never buy from Kalahari again. I have done alot of online shopping but this was one of the worst online shopping experiences i have ever had.
