Firstly as me and my wife finally got some clothes we were looking for, we could not find any fitting rooms. We asked the security where it was as there were no edgars staff anywhere to be seen. When we went to the only open tills to pay, we were standing in a very long queue as there was only 2people assisting. As we finally got to the front, my wife made it very clear that she wanted to use her thank you points. When the lady helping us, Gladys, gave us the total, I asked if the points have been subtracted. She replied in a VERY rude way just NO. Maybe she forgot as she was so busy having a chat with another employee (without a name tag). I honestly never experienced such bad service and attitude from a "respectable" organization.
