A faulty product caused damage to one of my power tools and I brought this to the attention of Vermont via the TorkCraft website, Martin contacted me the next day and then came to see me at work to understand the problem. He had a look at the product and quickly tested for himself whereafter he immediately offered a couple of ways to settle the matter. As a bonus i got a tour of the Vermont's warehouse at the head office and got to understand how this family business is run. Obviously service and customers are important to Vermont and to Martin who handled my issue. Well done guys I really have respect for you and your business after this encounter and this knowledge will certainly influence my choice of purchase next time I visit the hardware store!
