I contacted Bob Martin via their website to inform them about cat food I'd bought that was "off". Two days later Anna Mitra contacted me via email to appologise and to enquire about the problem. I could not reply immediately and I could not provide them with details like batch numbers or anything. Even though I did not expect replacement (just wanted to inform them about the bad food), I received the product replacement, with extras, within a week after I was able to contact them. I just wanted to say thank you for the quick response and the friendly, efficient manner that this matter was attended to.
