My partner bought a camera on thursday 7/11/2013 and gave it to me on my birthday 10/11/2013 i opened it and the screen inside was cracked. we both work but i was able to take the camera back today 12/17/2013 i was then told they cannot reimburse me or replace it as it has to be assessed! I HAVE HAD THE CAMERA FOR A DAY!!! they said its because the box was opened, um so what do you guys supply xray vision glassed so i can look into the box before i open it to see if everything is ok? i am disgusted by the unhehpful attitude the manager displayed aswell as raising his voice to me because i was getting worked up> IT IS A SERVICE INDUSTRY! SHOW IT AND PROVE IT.
i am disgusted and sorry for ever buying anything from you!
