Ad service and misleading

March this year I made arrangement with consultant from norman bissett who my homechoice account is handed over to and made arrangements to pay my account of r1998. Arrangement was I wil pay r300 every month from april until september and september will be last month payment. On 29 march 2013 I asked for settlement letter and I was told the amount I owe is r1599. The total amount paid is r1200 so I do not know why y the account is not reducing on the amount. When I asked the consultant I was told there is a commision and collection fees that is the reason the account amount hasn't changed much and this was never explained to me when arrangement was made. I demand my accound my account settlement letter and statement from previos months that reflect my payment. I was mislead and robbed and taken advantage of as a customer. I want homechoice and their debt collectors to stop misleading and mistreating customer and do the right thing. I'm very angry and regret the day I decided to purchase from homechoice.
