I emptied my shopping cart because I no longer need the items. I travel a lot and as such I did not have time to complete browsing. In the meantime I have acquired most of the items on the airports where I spend a lot of my time. As such I emptied my cart at takealot, instead of saying we are sorry to see you have emptied your cart, is there something else we can assist you with, the message I am getting is: "cart empty. a blemish (on your otherwise) impeccable record. Disgusting, they will never see me logon to their site again. They can go for training to ZANDO, by far THE BEST ONLINE store in SA!!! And they treat their customers with the required respect. So it is good riddance to a company with a very bad attitude and no knowledge on how to treat their sources of income. I captured this and I so wish I could have uploaded it here on this site for everyone to see.
