I booked to have UV Gel polish applied to my toes - the Perfect 10 price list which I recently obtained quotes this at R140. It is listed under the heading 'Hands & Feet'
When I got to the branch I was told it is actually R170 for toes and R140 for nails. I queried this and said that is not right because the price list specifically says 'Hands & Feet' and this is listed under that.
I went ahead with the treatment as I really needed it done although I was still not really happy about this.
R30 is not a lot of money but - it is the principle here that counts.
I called Imbalie Beauty (they handle the franchises for Perfect 10) -The lady who answered could not help me, the lady she put me through to could not help me - she had to shout across to another woman to find out what I must do. I was eventually told to email the customer care which I did. After emailing I thought let me call another branch of Perfect 10 in Durban and see what they are charging. The lady who answered quoted R180 - when I told her price list says R140 she put the owner on the line who quoted R160. Apparently it is a price list error. WHATEVER! customer should pay what is quoted on list.
