I bought a Spyder Cart Dune Buggy approximately a year and a half ago, and unfortunately do not have the receipt any more. I have used it 4 times as my regular 4 ball prefer to ride in golf carts. I recently used it for the 4th time, when to my surprise my bag just fell of the cart. Turns out the bottom strap had broken, not the actual strap but the plastic connecting the strap to the cart! Clearly a fault or poor workmanship. I at least expected a new replacement cart. I was then informed that they would attempt to repair the breakage and that in all likelihood I would have to pay for said repair. When I said that I would gladly contact the supplier but could not locate a website I was informed that the carts were imported directly from China by The Golfers Club and that this should explain the quality. Said cart cost me in excess of R1000 and for that price I do not expect to later be informed it is poor quality. I do not want the cart back if the quality is so poor. I feel this is unacceptable.
