I was busy completing the debit card transaction on my phone as the order timed out. The payment has gone through however the webpage said that my cart was empty and the transaction had timed out.
I then get told that "[my] order did not go through as it does not show on our records that you have placed any order and also the payment has not gone through because the status on your profile states that this payment had a Bank Interface Timeout which means that it did not go through.
Should you still be uncertain please contact your bank to double check with regards to this and what I would advise is that you attempt to reorder the items you wanted and do this before the time allocated on your cart expires."
My statement reflects that the money did go through and now I'm not getting a response at all.
This is ridiculous; my first ever purchase off this site and it's a stuff up.
I'm not letting this get overlooked.
