I am a member of PlayMoreGolf. I have never had a problem and booking with them makes my monthly fee a pleasure to pay. However, I am also part of a golf resports scheme and during the year will visit a golf resort. These golf resorts are normally listed on PMG and makes sense to book through PMG. These golf estates normally provide you with a free golf cart which you can use to play golf free of charge (in terms of using the cart). Therefore, when i book through PMG, i dont need a cart but yet it is made compolsary to 'pay' for a cart. With such good service and system you have in place, one would expect that you would provide the best solution/services for your customers. This obviously negates that, making your customers pay extra for an un-needed item. I get that on some courses carts are compolsary and it must be known when booking that to play you would need a cart. If you have a cart though, why should you be made to pay for another which will not be used?
