This company sends a beautiful add via email, claiming that the GHD's they are selling are of the same quality as the originals, so according to them, why pay more .( good marketing).
Unfortunately, the product is of an inferior quality and the guarentee of 1 year means nothing.
Don't be fooled by this company, their level of service is pathetic, you litterary have to phone them and sms them many times to get a response.
My GHD only worked for 3 months (only used a few times) and then it gave problems, switching on and off all the time, thus not getting hot, seems to be the inside of the unit as it make a crackling sound.
Eventually, Thabit came to fetch the units (2), 4 weeks has passed and numerous phonecalls and empty promises, still waiting. STAY AWAY, rather save and buy the genuine item.
