Poor after sale service

I bought Lenovo desktop in July, it gave me problems in August. Decided to take back to Russells since it was under guarantee. It's been a month now, they send me pillar to post every time, I give them call. I pay my account every month, I don't deserve such treatment. I trust JD Group will look into this
