Bad after Sale Service!

We bought a Lenovo CEL 4JB/500JB/007 DESKTOP on the 6 th of July 2013.It started giving problems on the 4 th of December 2013 and took it back to Makro who send it to Lenovo the Suppliers for repairs on their repair note 2184550 . We received it back on 26/12/2013. It worked for two weeks, went black and we have lost all our data, and the windows showed expired/ invalid. We took it back to Makro on 25/01/2014. The in store technician kept the desktop for two days and reinstalled windows 7. We received the desktop back on 27/01/2014 and it started giving problems the very next day. Everything went black again and the desktop know only goes to the Manufactures screen and freezes. We took it back to Makro on the 3rd of February 2014 were Makro told us that they need to send it in for an assessment for two weeks before they will decide either replace or refund. On all three occasions we spend more than two hours waiting for service and people to get back to us when testing our unit. On one occasion we actually caught the employee that was helping us serving new buyers instead of testing our desktop as promised. We demanded our money back but with no promises delivered.
