THE SERVICE INDUSTRY HAS GONE TO THE DOGS

I visited the Design Quarter branch and upon arrival I find the security guard sitting down slumped over the security desk with her hand over half her face almost sleeping. It was most difficult to browse the store as boxes and items were strewn over pathways. I then found an item that was on display that i would have liked to purchase and asked the employee where I could locate it in the store, his response was " I don't know take that one" which of course HAD NO PRICE or barcode (which i needed as standing at the till waiting for it can be painful). He then spoke to another lady to assist me as he was going to lunch. THIRTY MINUTES later and still no price. Absolutely DISGUSTED at the employees at the store.

On my way out I asked her for the manager and he response was a mumble, dirty look and she walked away.
