I purchased a Lenovo laptop from Russells in Woodstock, it was purchased in October of 2012. In the beginning of 2013 I started having problems with it, the lid's hinge came loose. I returned it to Russells and they sent it away to Sahara for repairs, we waited almost a month for it to be returned. The same problem has happened again and the laptop went away for repairs. Russells tried getting a credit for a new laptop but they don't want to give the credit even thought they can't fix the laptop. My daughter uses it for computer studies and we didn't have a laptop for her to study from so there was some loss of work. Thank you.
