I received an SMS on my phone "Welcoming me " to Vodacom Top UP Contract, which I have never applied for. I found out the name of the company is JET_EDGARS Airtime Solutions. They converted my cellphone service from Prepaid to a R49 Top Up contract. I have never spoken to them before about nor did I receive any communication from them asking me if I am interested in their offer.
I am not able to access my emails, bbm, whatssup because of this. I buy my own BIS monthly, I do not need a contract. I have been given an attitude by staff from JET EDGARS call centre (0860332244) and cancellation department (0112622699) when I explained my dissatisfaction with what they did with my account. I was promised that it will be resolved within 4 hours, its days now I am waiting for this. It costs me money to always have to call them.
