We bought a lounge suite from Mega Couch of a brochure and paid in full. The same day they delivered the lounge suite I realized that the one back-support is loose and I couldn't get it to clip in. After spending a day or 2 on the set we realized that it's not what we expected from a R16 000 lounge suite so I notified mega Couch of the loose back, that the set does not meet my standards and that I would like to return it to them and be refunded. About 5 working days ago (7days in total) they picked the set up and I got an email asking about my contact details, so I gave it to them. Thus at the moment I don't have a lounge suite or my R16 000
