On the 13th November I sent an e-mail to Beares store Wonderpark mall where I reported a faulty sealy bed that I bought from them last year. On the 14th November I personally went to the store to report the matter as no one responded to my e-mail and I was unsure if the e-mail reached the supplier. I was told that matter will be reported and they willl contact me and to my surprise until today I did not receive any feedback from the store. I'm really disappointed and shocked of the poor customer service the store manager has displayed. I bought a good quality bed and brand sealy in order to have a good rest and within a year the bed is starting to show signs of default. Good night rest is very important and how can I do that while my bed is not in good condition and to have someone undermining my good rest im really upset.
