I bought a fridge from Makro, when they delivered it at my house I found out that the fridge wasn't properly working. I went back to them to report the fridge and they sad they would send the technicians to my house, I went baack to them yesterday and they kept sending me back and forth. I finally called the manager who was supposed to investigate the matter and come back to me I never heard from him again.
