I opened an account at Edgars. I later went back during November to deposit money into the account and add club life, they asked me if I wanted insurance, I declined it, I do NOT want insurance. I received my first statement last week. there I saw that they are deducting for insurance. 2 instalments have gone through. I phoned them to enquire and ask for feed back, they need to give my money back. They can go to there cameras and see what was said. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED PHONING ME BACK YET. THIS IS ABSURD. DO YOU WANT THE BUSINESS OR DO I NEED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
ARE THERE ANY COMPETENT PEOPLE IN ANY SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THIS COUNTRY???
