On the 27th of October 2013, I received a Walka from my family as a birthday gift.
It did not want to work and when I took it back to the store I was told that multi-Choice has not activated on there side. up until now which is just short of three weeks I have been told the last three times the same story, I to am in retail and this is just not acceptable. How can a company as world renowned as Walmart deliver such disappointing service.
I expect a hasty response.
