Ppl pls b careful of this . i was very misrepresented by game staff members when purchasing goods to the value of R17000.00 on April 2013. I was made to believe that my instalments will be for 12 months from the month of May 2013. Now it seems my account will go for more than 12 months as the lady from the call center indicated that they do not have 12 months credit terms.
They never even sent me a statement of my account from the1st month to date and thats what makes more angry as they were busy me and even hiding the evidence by not sending me my statements.
Further more I learnt today from them that the settlement amount is more than the total outstanding balance. I was so suprised bcos i normally knew that if one needs to settle a debt the settlement amount is supposed to be lessor.
Guys please be careful of this ppl, there is nothing annoying than finding a company that does not promote uniformity in how their systems work. Pls be careful of this vultures as they want to prey on us.
