EDGARS is the slowest and most unhelpful bunch of people. They don't care if your credit gets affected by their incompetence or lack of professionalism. I have been waiting MONTHS for them to update all the credit bureaus with the CORRECT info regarding the conduct of my EDGARS account. The account is in fact PAID IN FULL and has been for a number of months maybe even years. However they show I am more than 270 overdue in payments. Due to this I cannot get any more credit, buy a car and even a house!!! But they don't care. They push you from one person to another and then keep you on hold for hours, in the hope you will put the phone down.
Their CALL CENTRE is a joke!! So disappointed with them. They have lost a customer for life...
