Edgars lack of SERVICE AGAIN!!!

Just the other day I wrote on Hello Peter how terrible Edgars accounts department is, providing a terrible service. Edgars was quick to respond, by calling me. Their apologies were quick and plentlyfull, followed by EMPTY promises as usual. everything was supposed to be cleared up within 48 hours. And what has been done... absolutely Nothing!!!
Edgars had me on ITC with a paid up account, however it was open. I needed the account to be closed, but instead Edgars now has me owing them over R4000 and 9 months overdue!?!?!?
How the is that possible? I have the credit reports to prove it. one month i am clear from debt, the following month am 9 months overdue? i have now just checked my credit report again! i have all the print outs.
this is ridiculous and has messed up a lot of things for me.
this is unacceptable. is there anyone in edgars that actually knows what they are doing?
when Edgars wants their money they are quick to send lawyers and legal letters but when it is their turn to give service you get NOTHING!
absolutely disgusting and disappointing!!!
