What a joke. I was in the que for hours and then they announce that no more people were allowed in at 8pm. You pamphlet CLEARLY says they were supposed to close at 9pm. I am DISGUSTED that you would falsly advertise to your "valued clients"
5 hours of my life that I will never regain. Such a big deal was made by this sale and you had nothing in place to deal with the thousands. I heard that there were only 13 tills instore to handle thousands of clients.
I'm so infuriated and my blood is boiling with rage. clearly no one from your side looked at the logistics and what are you going to do about it? just say sorry? Because of my anger I still came home, found you on facebook and wrote this? you must know how upset I am.
