This is the second complaint I'm giving to Bluebean. After terrible service I received from Bluebean, I decided to close my account. I paid my account in full and called the call centre explaining to them that I wish to close the account. They assured me the account is closed, however, they did not bother closing the account. I have called the call centre numerous times now and every time I get the same answer that the account is being closed. Bluebean call centre call me on a weekly basis offering me a credit increase, how is this possible if the account is "closed"??? Even the resolution centre of Bluebean (Megan Scullard) assured me it's closed. Clearly no one knows what they are doing. I'm absolutely fed up now, the worst decision of my life was dealing with Standard Bank. How can this account be closed?? I need an answer!
