I bought a Hallmark watch for my dad as a fathers day gift in June..when he used the watched end of July it worked for 1 week and then just stopped. In August i took it to the store, October only i got a call to pick up my watch.when i got to the store the watch has stopped working again i was told by the consultant that it was going to be resent to repairs.its November now and i have had no response yet again..this is totally unacceptable ..why couldn't they just exchange the watch or refund me the second time because it's a factory fault..
