I had acrylic nails and went yesterday to have it filled. They said that it needed to be soaked off which I was happy with. The lady then proceeded to put my fingers in acetone to remove the acrylic. She then started filing my nails to the point that she filed right through my nail (pinky finger) and it started bleeding. After about 20 minutes it was still bleeding and she wanted to put gel over!!! But I refused. She then wanted me to buy nail hardener nail polish. Why would I want to spend MORE money after she made a mistake?? I am so scared of getting an infection in my nail now and I'm experiencing a lot of throbbing pain in my finger. I am so disappointed in Perfect 10 for employing people who are not properly qualified.
