I Purchased a watch December 2012, and in March 2013 the watch stopped working. It was taken the Sandton City branch on the 26 March. No response was received from the store until I contacted them on 31 May, I was told someone will contact me. A sales consultant from the jewellery department at Truworths at Sandton City called me on 4 June and informed me that the watch has not been returned to the store from the supplier. After numerous calls to the Store I eventually spoke to the store manager on the 19 June whom told me that he was busy with stock taking and will get back to me, which was not done. The regional manager called me on the 20 June informed me that the watch is ready for collection. At this point I was frustrated and requested a full refund which was denied. The regional manager was extremely disrespectful and refused to listen to what I have to say and all he continued saying was that he is not willing to refund me. I feel that this is totally unacceptable the pathetic customer service and why must I pay for merchandise that is not 100% . Can this please be attended to ASAP and I want a refund and NOT THE WATCH THAT WAS PROMISED TO BE RETURNED 3 WEEKS AS FROM 26 MARCH
