Bought a brand new Seiko watch from Wolf Bros Greenstone mall in Edenvale.
After 1 week the watch stopped working (the second hand was stationery) and the time was at least two two hours out. I shook the watch and it started and reset the time. A few days later the same thing happened.
I returned the watch, but the store refused to refund me. They initially wanted to change the battery, which I was not happy with as how can a watch just stop and then continue if it was not a battery fault? Secondly on purchase the sales assistant assured me the battery was brand new. The store wanted to replace it after first contacting the Seiko watch. I am now told by Wolf Bros that its range has been discontinued, so they are now sourcing alternate replacements. The bottom line is I do not trust them now, why should accept something else? My view is do not shop at Wolf W Bros at Greenstone, their contact # 0114527802
